Without a doubt, one of the most outstanding customer club lotteries in Iran was run by Hirkan in 2017 in Palladium shopping mall. Designing and implementing "customer feedback loops" significantly increased customers engagement in using customer club's services and transformed their experience. Hirkan is always pleased to work with Palladium, one the top Iranian brands in shopping malls.
Hirkan is always proud to work with Carpet City, the leading and biggest Persian carpet hypermarket. Working with Carpet City is desirable mostly because of their attitude in using new technologies in marketing, sales, customer support and customer club. Hirkan's achievements during multiple years of partnership with Carpet City include a ten times increase in response rate of the marketing campaigns, a 120% increase in sales in different parts of the province of Alborz, teachers societies, etc. and also revolutionizing customer experience in Carpet Citie's customer club.
A collaboration between two IT companies, both with great potentials to execute software projects didn't seem simple at first. But in 2018 "Fanap" and Hirkan got together to use Hirkan's strength in optimizing and improving the performance of marketing campaigns in the 9090 system (the Team Melli supporting system). Collaborating with Fanap, an old friend, was a pleasant experience working with IT companies.
One of the most remarkable cooperations of Hirkan with top Iranian brands was with "Roja". Mutual respect and simultaneously extreme attention to details and precision created a highly professional atmosphere. Roja, as the leading brand in cosmetics, skin-care and perfumes, certainly has a hard path ahead and Hirkan is putting an extensive effort to help them in this path.
